If you receive a citation that you feel was issued in error, you have the right to appeal it.
If you decide to appeal a citation, you must file a written statement of appeal within 30 calendar days
from the date the ticket is issued. The appeal should include all information concerning the
ticket as well as the basis for requesting its dismissal.
Parking citations may be appealed online or at the Customer Service Office, Bldg. 112 Gale Lemerand Dr. (corner of Gale lemerand and Mowry Road), Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. Appeals must be filed within 30 calendar days of issuance of the citation. The online application may be used to submit initial citations appeals and to request a an appointment for citation reappeals,suspension appeals or impound fees. If the initial ruling regarding the appeal is unacceptable to the appellant, a second appeal may be requested before a University Hearing Authority. The Statement of Appeal to a University Hearing Authority must be filed with Transportation and Parking Services within 30 calendar days from the issuance of the decision regarding the initial appeal. |
